Terms & Conditions For Buyer
The contents on this website i.e. paintings are all hand painted by artists. We insists all the artist’s to not to showcase which are replica of paintings done by others. All though we keep a watch on this but it is not always feasible to identify replicas. We are open to receive any such complaints on our registered email address. Such paintings will be removed from site immediately and the concerned artist will be warned of such activities in the future. However its an area of creativity we do not stop if an artist does the copy of a painting and mentions it on our website of the same.
Delivery Information
The item ordered is delivered within the mentioned number of days in the item description page. Normally an item is expected to reach customer’s door with in 7 days under exceptional conditions maximum of 15 days time is sought. Our operation does not include any delay in sending the item ordered unless it is because of weather or some sort of disruption which increases the chance of the item getting damaged on its way. Since we offer only hand painted art works extra time may be sought from buyer if artist insists for.
Paintings will travel to buyer either from the painter himself or from exibitart.com address. All the deliverable are handled by reputed courier services who can understand the sensitivity and the uniqueness of the product. The item will reach to customers in well weather proof packing and shielding. The piece of art will carry a certificate of authentication from the artist.
Normally we suggest the customer to follow the link given in their mail for tracking the product which is on its way to them and be available at the address given for delivery.
For any query regarding delivery, the customer is free to call our support desk and seek our help.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of order placed in any payment mode is acceptable till 2 days / 48 hrs of placement of the order, in order to facilitate with the option to opt for any other painting. We do not question on that. The refund is made with in 48 hrs, a processing charge may be deducted as applicable.
- Since we accept only prepaid order, full amount will be refunded to same Card/Net Banking account used while purchasing, a processing charge may be deducted as applicable.
- In case of orders which involved framing on demand, cancellation will not be done if already framed at any point.
Return Policy
- The wait period for any return of painting is 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
- No return request will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
- Customer may return the item if it is received in damaged condition.
- Customer may return the item if it is not found the same as they had seen on our website.
- No return is acceptable without a valid reason, painting cannot be returned just because buyer has changed his mind.
- Paintings framed on demand cannot be returned.
- Customer is requested to send a picture of the item and packaging if subjected to return in order to support his claim.
- Payment will be refunded to the customer after the item is received back in good condition at the address from which it was shipped. The customer need to understand one thing that every piece of art is unique so it is their duty to return back the item in single piece and in the same form in which they had received it or else will be termed ineligible for return and no refund will be made.
- If Payment is already made by customer than it will be refunded back to customer based on his provided account details and along with it the courier charges to send the art piece also sent, The POD of courier is required for the same which customer can send by email.
Privacy Policy
Exibitart.com maintains complete privacy of customers and artists. Customer’s personal, purchase & transnational details are never shared to anybody else.
- Personal details such as address, email id, phone no. etc. are stored at our database.
- We never store any payment related information at our end, customer’s transnational details are directed to our payment gateway partner for this job.
- Our website is protected with responsible software’s like code guard, site lock and is “https://” enabled for secure transactions.
- We are partnered with payment gateway "CCAVENUE" for all our payment receipt on the website.
